You don’t need any equipment for this full body bootcamp workout. I love working out with bodyweight exercises and this workout has plenty of them! You’ll tighten and tone from head to toe and get the heart rate up with some cardio and… it’s as easy as counting to 15!
There are 15 exercises total… You’ll start with 15 reps of the first exercise followed by 1 reps of the last exercise. Then 14 reps of the second exercise and 2 reps of the second to last exercise and so on and so on. Push your coffee table out of the way, print the workout and get ready to work your whole body in no time!
