Printable Workout: The Perfect 10 Workout

 

This workout contains 10 of my favorite exercises. Now, when I say favorite I mean the ones that I think give me the most bang for my buck so chances are…they’re going to be tough! But I figure if you’re going to take the time to workout you might as well get the most calorie burn and toning possible, right:)

  1. A few of the exercises I’m unsure of how to do. Could you explain please? Starting With air jacks to the end, I’m not sure what they are.

    • Happy to explain! To do an airjack start in a squat position, crouch down and touch the floor in front of you with your fingertips…then jump up as high as you can into a jumping jack (legs out to the side arms above your head) then come back to the squat position with your fingers touching the floor in front of you. This one is a killer! Let me know if you have any more questions.
