With spring here and summer around the corner, what could be better than a printable workout designed specifically to help you get tank top arms?!? I love this season’s sleeveless tops and maxi dresses but after a long winter of sweaters and long sleeve blouses my arms could use a little toning. (Truth be told, I’m pretty self conscious about my upper arms so I love exercises that focus on shaping my shoulders and triceps.) Add this workout into your regular cardio routine or some lower body strength work (like the Perfect 10 Lean Legs Workout
. All you need is a pair of dumbbells, and you’ll be sporting fabulous toned arms in your favorite outfit this spring and summer!
Happy Workout!

Hi,
I’m just trying to get the printable page of this and it’s saying there’s an error. Could you email it to me please?
Thanks,
Jen
This looks like a good one! Definitely going to be focusing on arms so I can rock the sleeveless summer tops and dresses this year!
Hello, like the previous commenter, I cannot get the printable tips for this. Can it please get fixed?
Hi,
I’m sorry to hear the link wasn’t working. It looks like it’s working now…but if it still doesn’t work for you, feel free to email at fitfabcities@gmail.com and I’ll email you a copy of the workout.
Thanks for the comment!

How is this supposed to be done? 3 sets of each??
Thanks so much for the question! This is a circuit, so do all the exercises in a row. Start with the pushups in the beginning and work all the way down to the triceps kickbacks and pulse backs at the end. Then if you want to you can repeat the circuit one or two more times.

Should you do the workout everyday or every other day?
I’d say 3 days per week with a day off between. That way your muscles will have a chance to recover and come back stronger and more toned!
Thanks!

I’m not sure what a tricep pulse back is?
Check out this video, it will show you what the pulse back is. Thanks for the question!
How many times do you go through the workout & how many times a week do you suggest
I like to go through this workout twice, and alternate each time through with leg work. I also like to do strength workout 3 times per week. Thanks so much for the question! XO Caitlin

Love this workout! Going to look for variations on your site! Thanks!
I really wanted to love this workout, but I didn’t
I found myself adding extra reps for certain exercises to feel a burn.
I’m sorry you didn’t like the workout:( I try to make them accessible for all fitness levels so, you had the right idea to add reps to make the workout harder. Also try increasing your weight or going through the workout 3 times, that should make it more challenging. Thanks for trying it though!

Great workout idea! THANK YOU! Arms are the hardest for me to tone and I tend to get lazy at this point in my workout.
