This is the exact workout I did last week, and it is one of the hardest workouts I have done is a long time. So of course, I had to share it!
I love intervals and tababta protocol is tops on my list right now. It’s fast, burns lots of calories and gets your metabolism roaring for the next 24 hours. I alternated tabata intervals with strength setions of superset exercises. Supersets are when you do two or more exercises back to back with minimal rest between them. This keeps your heart rate up during the entire workout and gives you a full body workout
I like using a spin bike for the cardio, but you can use the elliptical, a jumprope or any other piece of cardio equipment. If you like to workout at home do the suggested cardio. You can print the workout with tips here. FitFabCities.com Tabata Super Sets
Now, you’ve been warned…this workout is tough, especially if you do the tabata intervals at close to 100% effort. Take the rest you need between sections and drink plenty of water. I’d recommend doing this workout no more than 2 times per week.
Happy Workout!

I love this one! It’s a great workout and definitely challenging.
I love these efficient trainings !
Holy cow! Awesome workout. You mention cardio spin bike, jump rope, etc above – where do you interject that?
I’m confused, do you just do this once, or is it repeated more than one time. Also, wht is the estimated completion time?
