Motivation Monday
“Believe you can…and you will.”
(I found this Motivation Mondau quote on Pinterest and from the blog www.thetomkatstudio.com. It’s actually an art print you can purchase from etsy here.)
After a trying past 10 days, I’m happy that my first post back is Motivation Monday. This quote really resonates with me, and I love how simple and how true it is. It’s amazing what you can do when you believe in yourself. In fact, I think believing in yourself is the most important ingredient for success. If things get rough this week with life, work or anything… just go back to this quote and tell yourself a few times… I believe I can and I will”. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt, when you believe in your power to reach your goals you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish and achieve!
Happy Motivation Monday!

Motivation Monday!
“Start living your best life.”
Know what you want, why you want it and go for it. Everyone’s idea of their best life will be different …we love certain things, dream of them and have certain passions that are uniquely ours for a reason. I believe one of the best ways to live your best live is to live the one that is uniquely yours! So don’t let excuses or fear stand in your way… believe in yourself, go for it and start living you best life!

“Go the extra mile…it’s never crowded.”
I really love this week’s Motivation Monday quote as I find it especially inspiring. We all have times in life that test our metal so to speak… whether its the metaphorical extra mile for work, relationships or a project at home or the literal extra mile of a long training run. And let’s be honest, everyone has that time when you’re out on your run (insert your own metaphorical “run” here if you so choose:) and think “cool, 5 miles…I’m pretty good. Is that one extra mile really going to make a difference? It’s raining, I feel like I’ve burned off last night’s happy hour..let’ go home.” But let’s say you’re training for a 5k or 10k race (or insert metaphorical ”race” here
then yes, that extra mile will make a difference… it’s just a little extra effort, but it makes reaching and exceeding your goal that much easier. Since many people will call it good and go home after 5 miles, you’ll be rewarded for your extra milage and when race day comes, and you’ll be that much more prepared and successful than the rest of the field.
If you want to do a little Motivation Monday challenge, pick one or two specific things that are important to you and give them the extra mile treatment this week. Maybe it’s homework, working out, a project at work, a new dinner recipe, time with your family or simply picking some new spring outfits…whatever it is I promise you’ll feel empowered, excited and accomplished by weeks end!
Happy Motivation Monday!
