    just watched ‘how to schedule your weekly workouts’ and was wondering where i can find the follow-up ‘sample schedules’ for interval,strength,steady state? i’m at least intermediate, or advanced. i workout almost every day…i need the buzz!

    First let me start off by saying, ” thank you” for posting videos for women! I can’t tell you how many websites or YouTube videos I come across and they’re all geared towards men! I am super excited to start the high intensity interval training tomorrow, and I wanted to know if you had any suggestions on modifying the moves for heavier people? I’m 26 years old, 5’10″and over 350lbs. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very flexible, mobile and workout at least 3- 4 times a week since the beginning of the summer! I do like to do squats, but often refrain from doing them to prevent damage to my knees. If you could come up with some modifications or suggestions, I would GrEATLY appreciate it! Thanks again for the motivation!

    • I just came across your post… You could always do squats to a bench to assure you have good form and a little more stability. I usually start my clients of any size with these. It lets them concentrate on set up and form and not worry so much about going down too far or knees past toes, etc. Give it a try!
